YOUTH & HIGH SCHOOL - INDIVIDUAL or SMALL GROUPS
Off-season training and workout sessions are available for individuals and small groups. A customized program will evolve based upon a comprehensive evaulation. Focus is on the development of the defensive backs fundamentals and techniques. Additional areas include speed, quickness, agility, and conditioning. Four training sessions are the minimum.
